Water is good to keep you hydrated and gives your skin elasticity. Drinking water helps to flush out the toxins from your body and you can see the benefits in your skin. By drinking plenty of water, you also reduce the likelihood of developing fine lines and wrinkles.

Fatty fish are rich in Omega 3 and are good in maintaining your skin's health. Fish such as salmon, mackerel and herring are particularly beneficial for your skin.
