While we spend so much time contemplating on what we would like to change in our lives, sometimes it's good to acknowledge those parts of us we don't want to change...

ᴿᴹ Honesty and integrity

Keep being honest about how you feel, particularly when you feel uncomfortable by any situation. You have your mind, your opinions and your voice. Never allow yourself to get silenced.


ᴿᴹ Positive self-talk

Whether it's something you actively do by writing in a journal or something you do more passively, you know what your wins are. With whatever endeavour you have in life, there will be some challenges. You'll be putting in effort and you'll have an outcome. You know yourself better than anyone else ever will. Always speak positively to yourself, acknowledge the wins and take pride in all that you are and all that you do.


ᴿᴹ Stay focused on your goals

You may not be where you want to be and that's fine. You know what your goals are. And everyday, keep on doing the small steps that will take you closer to your goals. Your dream is just a few actions away.


ᴿᴹ Time for yourself

Everyday, make some time for yourself. It can be 10 mins for a few hours. You can do something you enjoy or do absolutely nothing at all. This is your time for you and just what you need to relax, unwind and take stock of your mental health.
